i thought i would die today.. my legs were aching because of practice from weds.. i went to the gym at 430 to sleep hehhehhheh.. the gym aunty was giving me a funny look hahaha.. soooooo. this is how i did for napfa....
sit ups- 44
sit and reach- 58cm
standing broad jump- 245cm
chin-ups- 12
shuttle run- 9.45sec
2.4- 9:52min
29/30 points --> GOLD! :D
timo received 30/30 lol...
