Swimming Training!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! my arms are dropping... i just had like the first swim training in like after one year.

200 wu
2 X 200 free/ comp kick
2 X 10 X 50 m free/ fly and IM
4 X 15 + 4 X 25 sprints.

*pants*



i got my PPL issue medical tomorrow! better go sleep now now!..
